Every Word – God Doesn’t Always Give You What You Ask For

How big are your problems now? “But will God in very deed dwell with men on the earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain Thee; how much less this house which I have built!” – 2 Chronicles 6:18

There’s another way. “Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.” – Isaiah 55:7 KJV

It still leads people astray. “For by grace are ye saved through faith.” – Ephesians 2:8

Christianity isn’t Instagram. “Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; when you see the naked, that you cover him, and not hide yourself from your own flesh?” – Isaiah 58:7 NKJV

Running with God or from God? “It is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all Thy works.” – Psalm 73:28
