Every Word – Some Risks Aren’t Worth Taking

Those are strong words… “Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into His death?” – Romans 6:3

God gave it as a gift. “If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy day of the Lord honorable…” – Isaiah 58:13 NKJV

That’s how faith works. “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.” – 2 Corinthians 4:7 (NKJV)

The message is clear. “And he read in their ears all the words of the book of the covenant which was found in the house of the Lord.” – 2 Kings 23:2
